Pillows are personal use items that may transmit contagious diseases and are non-refundable. Blackstone pillows are backed by a 7-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and may be exchanged if a manufacturing defect occurs.

UNITED STATES

In order to prevent loss, theft and fraud, ALL RETURNS from the United States may only be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Please do not ship CERTIFIED MAIL or other. Once you obtain your Delivery Confirmation number for the package you are returning, email the Delivery Confirmation number to: CustomerSolutions@MySnoringSolutions.com. Your Delivery Confirmation number will serve as your return authorization number.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL service does not guarantee delivery times. Returns must include the:

  • Complimentary DVD shipped with the order;
  • Product brochure and all other items shipped with the order;
  • Copy of original packing slip (keep the original for your records.) If you no longer have your packing slip please include the bar coded envelope used to send your items to you. If you do not have the bar coded envelope, include your name (exactly as used during the transaction) and your daytime telephone number.

FREE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you purchased your jaw supporter with a 14-day FREE TRIAL please use the following directions to return your item:

When you clicked the "Order Now" button at our website to receive the free 14-day trial of the My Snoring Solution jaw supporter, you paid only shipping and handling. You have no obligation to purchase anything in the future as long as you email a cancellation request within 18 days from the date you placed your order. This allows 4 days for processing and shipping plus your 14 day trial period. To cancel your order, the jaw supporter must be returned via United States Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Once you obtain the delivery confirmation number from the post office you are REQUIRED to email the delivery confirmation number to: CustomerSolutions@MySnoringSolutions.com. Your delivery confirmation number will serve as your return authorization number. If you prefer to call our toll free number and give your delivery confirmation number to one of our customer service agents, you may do so by dialing 888-432-5790. Select menu option 3 when prompted.

Mysnoringsolution.com cannot be responsible for returns shipped via any carrier other than the United States Postal Service. All returns must be returned via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.

The FREE TRIAL period is a total of 18 days from the date of purchase. If you don't cancel within the FREE TRIAL period you will be billed $119.97 at the end of the FREE TRIAL period.
